ABOUT

The University of Windsor's Concrete Canoe Team is dedicated to bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world application for students passionate about civil engineering. Our primary objective is to showcase our skills and innovation at the prestigious Canadian National Concrete Canoe Competition in 2024. This endeavor is more than a competition; it's a comprehensive learning experience that encompasses every aspect of engineering, from initial design to the final execution.

We believe in the power of collaboration and hands-on experience. Thus, we actively seek enthusiastic students who are eager to delve into the complexities of civil engineering. Our team offers a dynamic platform where members can engage in fundraising, sponsorship initiatives, design, and casting. This holistic approach ensures that each participant gains valuable insights into the practical aspects of engineering while contributing to a collective goal.

Our journey towards the 2024 competition is not just about building a canoe; it's about constructing a foundation for future engineers to develop, refine, and apply their skills in a supportive and challenging environment. Join us in this exciting venture to push the boundaries of what's possible with concrete and creativity.
